By establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the management of Royanis Adriatic d.o.o. is committed to defining roles, processes, and responsibilities with the goal of delivering high-quality and reliable products and services to clients within agreed deadlines.
The company commits to:
Applying the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in line with the Quality and Information Security Manual and related procedures, conducting internal audits of compliance, continuous improvement and upgrades, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Planning realistic and measurable strategic goals that ensure increased expertise and reliability of delivered products and services in the company’s field of operation, as well as reviewing and evaluating those goals.
